Shipping and Delivery
We are very pleased to offer FREE delivery to all UK mainland addresses, on all orders of over £50. Orders that are under £50 will be charged a shipping rate of £3.95. Availability permitting, orders will be dispatched for delivery within the stated time frame. Standard delivery times are 3 to 5 working days after ordering, however you should allow 5 working days from when you receive the dispatch email.
We offer FREE delivery to the Republic of Ireland on all orders over £100. All orders under £100 will be charged a shipping rate of £15. Standard delivery times to the Republic of Ireland are 4 to 7 working days after ordering however you should allow 7 working days fro when you receive the dispatch email.
No items are dispatched during weekends and bank holidays. If you order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, your order will be dispatched the following Monday. If you order on a bank holiday, your order will be dispatched the next working day. The dispatch of goods constitutes our duty of fulfilling the contract. If you have a query about an order you have not received yet please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
We must be notified of an undelivered item within 30 days of ordering. After 30 days, we cannot replace or refund items. Kit & Caboodle Parties Ltd. shall not be liable in
any way for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the delivery of goods being delayed or prevented or for any other reason beyond our control including the acts of any third parties.
We believe that you will be delighted with your products but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible and these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
We do advise you to check goods upon arrival. If for any reason you need to return a product, rest assured you have 30 days from the date of dispatch to do so. We only ask that you contact us as soon as possible and that goods are returned unused, and in original unopened packaging. We are happy to offer exchange or full refund (less packaging and delivery costs if applicable) to the original payment method. Please note that while we are happy to replace individual items in a party kit if they are damaged or faulty, we can not replace undamaged individual items within the kit. We are however, happy to offer a full refund or exchange for the entire kit, if that is what you would like.

We will respond to all return requests as soon as practically possible. We aim to reply to all messages within 48 hours of their receipt, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
You will be responsible for the returned Products until they reach us. Please obtain a certificate of posting (free of charge from the post office) as proof in the unlikely event that the item goes astray. We are not able to cover or refund return postage costs. No liability can be accepted for costs caused by late deliveries, or for any other reason.
To make a purchase simply complete our easy checkout process. If you have registered your details with us previously you will be asked to log-in, if not you can create an account or if you’d prefer you can make a purchase without having to register with us. You will be guided through the checkout and asked to input your data to complete the transaction. All payment is made in GBP (British Pound Sterling).
After placing your order, we will send you an order confirmation email; this is to advise you that we have received your order request. When your order is ready to ship, we will then send you a dispatch confirmation email. It’s at this point that we accept your order and the contract is formed. We will contact you by e-mail or telephone regarding any delivery delays or issues. We reserve the right to decline your order, if that’s the case we will contact you if we require further information or we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason. We reserve the right to amend the price of any item or to substitute an item in the kit at any time, regardless if an order exists for the kit.

WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When Kit & Caboodle collect and process your personal data we are doing so on our own behalf, and not on behalf of any third parties. When registering for an account or during the checkout process you will be asked to provide certain information; contact details, billing address, delivery address, etc. This information will enable us to effectively process your order and manage your account.
You can choose to tick the box to sign up to our mailing list and we will then send you periodic emails about new products, theme launches, special offers and party tips etc.. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter you may opt-out at any time. We do not EVER sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we are required by law to do so.
We retain information about your purchase history so we can provide customer service for example to process returns and to understand what our customers like.
COMPETITIONS, PROMOTIONS AND SURVEYS
If you have ordered a party kit we will send you a survey via email after your party to help us to improve our products and services. You do not have to respond to the survey. All information is anonymous and is used to improve our products and services. Unless you ask us not to we may use any comments in our marketing.
If you enter a competition, we will use the information you provide to carry out our contract to you and pick a winner and also to help us understand what our customers like.
WHY WE COLLECT YOUR INFORMATION
We collect your account information in order to fulfil our contract with you. If you order products from our website we will use your information to deliver products to you and provide you with information about your product, delivery and service. For example, you will receive an email to confirm your order and you will receive an email with tips on how to set up and run your party if you have purchased a party kit from us.
If you signed up for our email newsletters via a pop up form, a form on our website or by ticking the box at checkout then we have your consent to send you periodic emails about products, special offers, new themes, party tips and competitions. You can opt out of these emails at any time. You don’t have to give us the date of your next party but if you do, we will use this information to send you a reminder email before your next party with special offers and ideas.
If necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law.
